I have always had a special place in my heart for animals, and knew from a young age that I would be involved with them somehow. I began my career as a zookeeper at the Tulsa Zoo while I was still in college and after graduating, continued my career as a large carnivore keeper. This path took me through many great adventures, several states, and more animal species than I can even count. Eventually, I decided I needed to be closer to my family here in Tulsa and left my career in zookeeping to pursue a new path. I started working in the veterinary field in 2014 and began managing in 2016. In 2019 I began managing a second hospital, Sheridan Road. I am so excited to be a part of the Sheridan Road family, and truly believe that I work with some of the best doctors, technicians, and support staff anywhere. I currently live in Broken Arrow with my husband, David, and our cat Pipsqueak, dog Tramp, bird Fluffy, and gecko Agador Spoticus. In my spare time I enjoy photography, cheese making, and I am an active member in the local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
